Customization Centre is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to bring our clients’ visions to life. In this client-focused role, you’ll create custom designs based directly on client requests and specifications. We value talent, creativity, and results over formal education – no degree required. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and thrives on transforming client ideas into compelling visual solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with client requests to create customized graphic designs for various media including digital assets, print materials, product graphics, and branding elements
• Translate client concepts and feedback into polished, professional designs that meet their specifications
• Maintain open communication with clients throughout the design process
• Adapt designs based on client feedback to ensure complete satisfaction
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to technical specifications for proper implementation
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain consistent quality and service
• Archive completed projects for future reference and potential modifications

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to interpret client needs and transform their ideas into effective visual solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Adaptable approach to different design styles and client preferences
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions
• Experience with digital and print design formats
• Basic understanding of production requirements for various media
