Delivery Information

We offer a variety of delivery and pickup options to get your customized items to you in the most convenient way possible. Please read the options below carefully before completing your order:

Orders typically take 3–5 business days to be completed before pickup, delivery, or shipping can occur. Same Day and Next Day completion options are available, with respective cost of $25 USD Same day and $12.50 USD Next Day.

1. Local Pickup

You may collect your completed order at either of our two convenient locations:

  • Palmetto Street Branch
  • Baxter's Road Branch

You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.

2. Island-Wide Delivery

We offer delivery across Barbados for a flat fee of $10 USD. Orders will only be delivered after the product has been completed and passed quality checks. Delivery time and coordination will be communicated once the item is ready.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated based on the courier’s rates and the time taken to prepare and transport your item to the carrier. You will be informed of the total shipping cost after the item is completed and weighed, and before shipment is made.

Please Note: All deliveries and pickups occur only after the item is completed. You will be contacted to arrange your preferred method of delivery or collection.
