At Customization Centre, we offer several secure and convenient payment options for your customized orders:
- 💳 Credit Card / Visa or MasterCard Debit (Online)
- 🏪 In-Store Payment
- 🏦 Direct Bank Transfer (Online Option)
Order Policy & Payment Requirements
- Full payment is required before any work begins on your design, print, or custom item.
- No orders will be processed without payment either online, in-store, or over the phone.
- If you select Direct Bank Transfer at checkout, production will only begin once the full payment has been confirmed in our business bank account.
Common PayPal Payment Errors
If your payment does not redirect to PayPal and the checkout fails, you may see one of the following messages:

“Payment Error: Unable to process payment. Please try again.”
This usually occurs when the PayPal gateway cannot initiate the transaction. -
“Error: Something went wrong. Please contact us for assistance.”
A general error that appears when WooCommerce cannot communicate with the PayPal server. -
“Unable to process payment. Please check your payment details and try again.”
This may appear when billing details do not meet PayPal’s required format. -
“PayPal Checkout is not available. Please select a different payment method.”
This appears when the PayPal plugin is temporarily unavailable or misconfigured. -
“Payment failed. Please try a different payment method or try again later.”
A catch-all message indicating that the transaction could not be created. -
“We are unable to process this transaction. Please contact the store administrator.”
This may appear if the store cannot authenticate with PayPal’s API credentials. -
“There was a problem connecting to PayPal. Please try again.”
Indicates a connectivity issue between WooCommerce and PayPal.
